Spanish ll
In Spanish class we are learning the vocabulary words in Spanish. We are also reviewing the vocabulary words for the upcoming tests we have. We are also doing Cinco al Dia which is where he writes down sentences in English and we have to translate them in Spanish. We are also learning how to pronounce the vocabulary words in Spanish. We are also learning past and present verbs. The verbs in Spanish are way different than the verbs in Spanish. Finally we are learning new words for chapter three which are more complicated than the other ones we studied.
Spanish Verbs( Ser; to be, Estar; to be, Ir; to go, Dar; to give)
In Spanish we are learning spanish verbs. The verbs that we are learning are ser, estar, ir, and dar. Ser means to be, Estar means to be, Ir means to go, and Dar means to give. There are 5 ways to say all of these words in Spanish. You have to use yo, tu, el, nosotros, and ellos. These words mean I, you, him/her, us, and they. There are different ways to say all of them. The first way to say it for Ser is you soy, Tu eres, El/Ella es, Nostros somos, and Ellos/Ellas son.
In this class, I Iearned the 5 ways on how to say the verb. I also learned that when you say all of the words the spelling changes. For example, Ser changes and there are sometimes that it stays the same. I also learned how to pronounce the words correctly. The tools we used were the teacher and the vocabulary sheet. This is what I learned in Spanish.

In Spanish, we are learning our vocabulary words. Tomorrow we are going to have a test on our vocabulary words and what we have learned for that class. We are also playing games so he knows if we were listening or not. Well the first thing we do in class, is Cinco al Dia. Cinco al Dia is where he types english sentences and we have to write them in Spanish. After we have written down the sentences, we have to check with our partner if we got the same answers. When we have finished ckecking our answers, we review our homework from the day before. When we have finished checking our answers from the homework, we look at the board for what weare doing that day. We also review the homework we are going to have that day. Then we do almost all the stuff he has planned for us that day. After we have done almost all the things he wrote down, we have a few minutes to review what we have learned that day. After we have reviewed a little it was time to go.
I have learned a lot of things in Spanish. I have learned the vocabulary word in Spanish. Also I have learned how to pronounce a word the right way. I also learned how to turn English sentences in Spanish. I have participated a lot and I used to not participate a lot in elementary school because I am a shy person. I have also learned that you have to spell the Spanish words correctly. I also learned that you have to study before a test so you can get a good grade. I also learned that when we go to class, we do Cinco al Dia first. Then we have to take out our homework so Mr.Aberle can stamp it that you did your homework. I also learned how to use Rosetta Stone Classroom. Rosetta Stone Classroom is where you can also study your words to memorize them and pronounce the words correctly.
My connection to this is when I started first grade, I didn't know English. I had been put in a bilingual class. The bilingual class they put me in is where the teachers focus on the people who don't know English. Also when I was in bilingual class, I learned new words in English. At first it was hard for me to pronounce, but I kept on practicing them and I finally could pronounce the words correctly. After a few weeks, the teachers decided to put me in a normal class. I was a little scared, but after a whlie I got used to it and I was the one in the class with the highets grades. After I learned to speak English very well, I was really proud of myself to not give up and to keep on trying.
The tools we used for Spanish class were our brains and our instructor. What I learned from our brains is that our brains think a lot and when you think you can get your answer. I also learned that we need an instructor to teach what we are learning the whole year. I also learned that our brains think when we have a hard question. When you have a hard question and can't figure it out, you get frusterated and you want to give up. I learned that if you give up you will not go far, and if you don't give up you will go far. These were the tools we used for Spanish class.
